Founded in 2005 by our Managing Director, Joseph Mackle, Mackle Food Company has grown into a leading manufacturer of private label extruded snacks, cereals and ingredients. From the beginning, Joseph’s vision has been to build a business centred around quality, innovation and strong customer partnerships.

From our beginnings in Northern Ireland, we have continued to grow and evolve alongside our customers, investing in our people, technology and manufacturing capabilities to meet the changing needs of the food industry.

Today, we specialise in developing and manufacturing innovative food solutions across baby and toddler snacking, better-for-you adult snacks and extruded cereal ingredients. Our flexible extrusion capabilities allow us to work with a wide range of grains, pulses, proteins and functional ingredients to create products tailored to different markets and consumer needs.

With in-house innovation and NPD expertise, we support our customers throughout the journey from initial concept and product development through trials, scale-up and commercial manufacture. This collaborative approach allows us to turn ideas into high-quality, scalable products ready for market.
